Wizz Tyres is a UK-based company, registered with Companies House, operating to provide emergency tyre services throughout the UK via our website. We are registered under the Companies Act 2006 as a private company with registered offices in England.

The following terms and conditions govern all transactions involving the sale of products and services to any customer, whether an individual or a legal entity (referred to as “Customer”), who makes a purchase via call, email, message, or website.

Object and Acceptance

These terms govern all sales conducted by Wizz Tyres and form a legally binding contract between the company and the customer.

These terms override any prior agreements, communications, or understandings between the customer and Wizz Tyres.

An order is considered accepted when the customer contacts us via call, message, email, or application and confirms the order after reviewing all details including price and location.

The contract is officially formed once we send an acknowledgment of receipt.

Customers agree that placing an order creates an obligation to pay.

Products and Services

Wizz Tyres provides emergency tyre fitting services across the UK.

Service timeframe is typically between 90 minutes to 2 hours. This may vary depending on customer location and availability of requested tyre brands.

We provide budget tyres, mid-range tyres, and premium tyres. All services are subject to product availability.

Orders

Website Access

Our website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our control.

Reviews

Customers are encouraged to review feedback before placing an order.

Placing an Order

Orders can be placed via phone, email, WhatsApp, or website/application. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

Customers must provide full name, mobile number, vehicle details, tyre size, number of tyres required, wheel locking nut information, location postcode, vehicle registration number, and payment details.

Accuracy of Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. Incorrect information may result in delays or additional charges.

Failure to inform about a missing wheel locking nut key may result in extra charges if removal is required.

Product Selection

Customers must specify whether they require budget, mid-range, or premium tyres. If no preference is provided, we may supply a budget or mid-range tyre.

Service Timeframe

Emergency services are typically delivered within 90 minutes to 2 hours after payment confirmation. Timing may vary depending on location and tyre availability.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is only allowed within 5 minutes after payment. After this period, cancellations are not accepted due to the nature of emergency services.

Payment Terms

We accept payments via credit or debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

All payments are processed securely using 3D Secure protocols.

Card payments are immediate and non-reversible. By making payment, customers authorize Wizz Tyres to charge the full amount.

For bank transfers, customers must include the order reference.

Ownership of Product

Ownership of tyres transfers to the customer once payment is completed and the product is delivered or fitted.

After this, all risks related to the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty

We provide warranty on tyres and workmanship.

Treadwear warranty applies to premature wear under normal driving conditions. It does not cover misuse, pothole damage, or reckless driving.

Workmanship warranty covers fitting or service-related issues.

Warranty does not cover negligence, misuse, racing use, cosmetic damage, or repairs by unauthorized persons.

To make a claim, customers must provide proof of service. Tyres may be inspected. If the fault is confirmed to be ours, costs will be reimbursed.

Limitation of Liability

Wizz Tyres is only liable for direct and foreseeable damages.

We are not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control unless due to negligence or fraud.

Force Majeure

If events beyond our control prevent service delivery, obligations may be delayed or suspended.

If the situation continues for an extended period, the contract may be terminated without liability.
